Important Notice
Due to the perishable nature of our products (cakes, pastries, ice cream, and sweets), we have specific policies for returns and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Eligible for Refund/Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered
- Quality issues: If the product is damaged, spoiled, or of substandard quality upon delivery
- Missing items: If any items from your order are missing
- Order cancellation: If you cancel before the order is dispatched
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer after delivery
- Delay in pickup or receipt of delivery (perishable items)
- Custom orders once preparation has begun
- Complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery for perishable items
- Products consumed partially or fully
Refund Timeline
- Report issues: Within 2 hours of receiving perishable items
- Non-perishable items: Within 24 hours of delivery
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank transfer: May take additional 2-3 days depending on your bank
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us immediately - Call or WhatsApp us with your order details and photos of the issue
- Provide documentation - Share photos/videos showing the problem with the product
- Wait for verification - Our team will review your complaint within 24 hours
- Receive resolution - We'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation
Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Online payments: Refunded to the original payment source
- Cash on delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit
- Store credit: Valid for 6 months from issue date
